Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+) is a co-enzyme found in every one of your cells. It is a derrivative of vitamin B3. NAD+ is responsible for how well your body can repair itself. You are born with all of your NAD+ and every 20 years, it declines by 50% - meaning that by 40 years old, you only have 25% left of what you started with. Different lifestyle factors can also cause your NAD+ to be depleted faster.
NAD+ plays a key role in energy production as it helps your cells to turn food into useable energy. It also is helps your body to clear dysfunctional cells, repair DNA of cells & protect healthy cells. Important for overall cellular regulation including healthy ageing.
At Sanara Wellness, we offer 2 different NAD+ therapy options. We offer intravenous (IV) NAD+, as well as our NAD+ at home program which involves the client administering NAD+ to themselves as per a prescription.

EDTA chelation therapy is the treatment for toxic metal build up in the body. Unfortunately with the lives we live, we are often exposed to large amounts of toxic metals, with some lifestyle factors pre-disposing us to even higher levels of these metals. Toxic metals generally stay in the blood stream for 2-3 weeks before beginning to embed themselves into your tissues - so this can make it difficult to diagnose metal toxicity through a blood test.
Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) is a chelating agent that we administer via the intravenous (IV) route to work as almost a binder to these metals, to then be excreted in the urine.
